Most of time that is the question why we can't install vCenter on Same Machine that is domain controller? the answer is whenever vCenter is installed an ADAM (Active Directory Application Mode) instance is installed on the same machine and we cannot run ADAM Instance and AD (Active Directory) on the same machine.
