If anyone wants to transfer the VMware License from one account to another then they need to open the support ticket. How you can open this? Please follow the instructions given below:-
1. Login to myvmware portal
2. Click on get support option
3. Click on Transfer Licenses - Legal Ownership Change from the dropdown list
4. Click on confirm support request
